Under the dome

Hey guys, I've just finished reading Stephen Kings' book 'Under the Dome'. It is over 950 pages long and is simply amazing. One of his best books to date! It's about a small town, called Chester's Mill which gets trapped by what seems to be a large dome. It's comparable with the book 'The Stand'. Those who love books from Stephen King should definitely check this one out.

Hey guys! For all you aspirant web designers or blog designers, here is a great website to share your colour ideas and inspirations. ColourLovers is a creative community where you, and others can create and share colors, palettes and patterns. They have some awesome web-applications, like the pattern creation tool which lets you create great patterns. Or the palette creation tool, which let you combine matching colors. The website has helped me many times before with choosing the right colors and letting me create some seamless backgrounds. I know it will be helpful to you as well.

Microsoft E3 2011 Press Conference

On this moment Microsoft is holding it's E3 press conference. You can watch it live on gamespot.
They have already spoken about the Kinect and how it can be used by the Hardcore gamer. Games like Mass Effect 3 will support it. It looks pretty neat.. A big new feature are the voice commands. You can navigatie on your XBOX using your voice. like 'Xbox Pauze', 'Xbox Play Harry Potter'. Also, pretty cool...

Have you heard about the new movie of J.J Abrams?
In short: It's about this young group of friends who are making a super 8 movie in the summer of 1979, somewhere in a small town in America. They witness a train crash and something (a creature?) is able to escape that train because of the crash. What follows is something more terrifying than any of them could have ever imagined...
By watching the trailer, you just know this movie is going to be great!
If you liked Cloverfield, you will love Super 8.
The movie will be in theaters on June 10, 2011.
